Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to attend Workshop 1 before Workshop 2?

Workshop 1 (AI Readiness Reality Check) is recommended first, but Workshop 2 (Seeing the Opportunities in Disruption) can be attended on its own. Participants who attend both leave with two complementary work products: a diagnostic and a strategic response.

Do I need to complete my Goldenseal reports before attending?

Yes. You'll need to have completed your Resilience Snapshot and Inside View reports before the session. Both are available on our website and take about 10 minutes total. The AI Readiness Scorecard builds on the self-awareness these reports create, so arriving with that foundation will make the working session much more productive.

What do I need to bring?

Just yourself and an honest willingness to assess where your business stands. All materials are provided digitally during the session. A second screen or printed scorecard can be helpful but isn't required.

Will there be breakout coaching?

Yes. During the Scorecard Working Session, Joanne and Lisa rotate through breakout rooms to provide 1-on-1 coaching as you complete your scorecard. This is why we limit group size.

What happens after the workshop?

You'll receive a follow-up email with your digital scorecard, a link to the Goldenseal Resilience Snapshot for a deeper assessment, and information about Workshop 2 and other premium services including 1-on-1 coaching.
